2026 Final - India Created History
The T20 world cup final at the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad became a historic moment for Indian cricket.India recorded the greatest ever score of 255/5. Sanju Samson was on the forefront and scored 89 out of 46 balls followed by swift half-centuries of Abhishek Sharma and Ishan Kishan.
New Zealand couldn't keep up the chase and were bowled out at 159 providing India a decisive 96-run win. Jasprit Bumrah gave an excellent performance of 4/15 and received the award of the Player of the Month, and Samson received the award of the Player of the Tournament, having scored a total of 321 runs in the competition.
